Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the UK and Europe. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside these regions at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

• United Kingdom:

• Free Standard Shipping (2-4 business days)

• Express Shipping: £4.99 (1-3 business days)

• Europe:

• Flat Rate: £14.99 (estimated delivery within 2-11 business days)

All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery. If you do not receive tracking details, please contact us at kurt@kinexustrading.com.

Returns & Refunds

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days (15 for EU orders) of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

For unopened and unused products, we accept returns within 30 days (15 for EU products) of purchase. Return shipping costs may apply. Please contact us at kurt@kinexustrading.com to initiate a return.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to us, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
